And truthfully, I think we’re on the verge of a resurgence in the demand for human-made work. Because let’s be honest, AI-generated content, even when flawless, often feels empty. How valuable can something be if it’s created instantly, with no effort, no struggle, no investment behind it?
That’s the paradox everyone is running into. We now have the power to wave a digital magic wand and instantly produce a full website, a movie, a logo, an agent, an assistant, a waitress, a block of code, a legal contract, a business plan, a retirement strategy, everything. But that power came with a hard reality check. If we can’t use AI to do our jobs for us, to qualify for roles we aren’t trained for, or to “beat the system” in things like gambling algorithms… then what is it really worth?
Without real, grounded value behind it, it starts to feel like printing stacks of fake cash and dancing in them, an illusion of wealth without anything real underneath.
